To consider the Business Plan and Performance Monitoring Statements for the Business, Neighbourhoods, People, Business Transformation and Policy and Performance Directorates. 

The reports were noted and it was agreed that the summary report would not be required in future. 

Several requests were made: further training for Development Control Committee members particularly relating to site inspections, the provision of a pre-application briefing for the Buckshaw Group 1 application, the start date for work to be undertaken at a play area in Clayton Brook for Councillor Devaney, an update on allotments within the next Business Plan, clarification on appeals to the commissioner regarding benefit costs for support where the Council is currently not receiving any subsidy from Government.
