1. That Council be recommended to approve the rephasing of capital budgets between 2012/13 and 2013/14 – 2014/15, as presented in columns (2), (6) and (10) of Appendix 1.
2. That Council be recommended to approve the other amendments to the Capital Programmes for 2012/13, 2013/14 and 2014/15, as presented in columns (3), (7) and (11) of Appendix 1.
