Decision details

1.    The current occupiers are offered 3 year lease agreements to regularise their occupation of the Units at Chorley North.

2.    That authority be granted to offer terms for one of the Units to the adjoining occupier to support the expansion of the business.

3.    That terms provisionally agreed be reported to the Head of Business Development and Growth for approval and authority to issue instructions to the Head of Legal Democratic and HR Services for the completion of the Legal agreements accordingly.
