2. That authority be granted to offer terms for the sale of the land to the adjoining owner of 40 Park Road for parking use;
3. That terms subsequently agreed be reported to the Head of Business Development and Growth for approval and authority to issue instructions to the Head of Legal Democratic and HR Services for the service of legal notices and completion of the Legal agreements accordingly.
