1. That Robertson CE Ltd is are appointed on a Professional Services Contract in order that they can progress the scheme design to RIBA Stage 4 and work up a fixed price
2. That RLB are appointed as PM / QS to administer the development of the RIBA Stage 4 design, the development of a fixed price and also the management of the construction phases following the successful appointment of a Contractor at the end of the 2nd stage of the negotiation process
