After careful consideration, an amendment to refuse planning permission was proposed by Councillor Debra Platt, seconded by Councillor Craige Southern that was lost (5 for, and 7 against).
It was proposed by Councillor Alistair Morwood, seconded by Councillor Samir Khan and subsequently resolved (7 for, 4 against, and 1 abstention) that planning permission be granted subject to conditions and a Section 106 Agreement.
