RESOLVED – That the minutes of the Development Control Committee held on 12 December 2017 be approved as a correct record for signature by the Chair.

The Director of Customer and Digital submitted ten reports for consideration. In considering each application, members of the Development Control Committee took into account the agenda reports, the addendum and the verbal representations and submissions provided by officers and individuals.

Councillor Danny Gee proposed that the application be refused on the grounds of inadequate parking. The motion was seconded by Councillor Tom Gray. A vote was taken and the motion was lost (4:11:0).
