Minutes: The Director of Customer and Digital submitted a report for information on planning appeals received from Lancashire County Council and other bodies between 6 January 2017 and 31 January 2017.
One appeal had been lodged against the delegated decision to refuse full planning permission, one appeal against the Committee decision to refuse full planning permission and one appeal against the delegated decision to refuse advertisement consent.

Any urgent business previously agreed with the Chair Minutes: The Planning Services Manager informed the committee that Helen Lowe (Planning Officer), who was present at the meeting, would be leaving the Authority. This was therefore the last committee meeting she would attend. The committee thanked Helen for her dedicated service and extended best wishes for the future.
