The Director of Customer and Digital submitted eight reports for consideration. In considering the application, members of the Development Control Committee took into account the agenda reports, the addendum and the verbal representations and submissions provided by officers and individuals.

The Director of Customer and Digital presented a report which set out planning appeals and decisions received between 31 October and 30 November.

 

Seven planning appeals had been lodged and two appeal decisions had been dismissed.

 

Members thanked Officers for all their hard work on the Pear Tree Lane appeal and welcomed the dismissal.
