After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Paul Walmsley, seconded by Councillor Chris France and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that full planning permission be granted, subject to the conditions in the report for a temporary period ending 18 July 2021. The final wording of the specified plans in condition 1 to be delegated to the Director of Customer and Digital in consultation with the Chair and Vice-Chair.

Minutes: Cllr Yvonne Hargreaves declared a personal interest on this item as soon as she realised that she knew the applicant and offered to leave but Chair said that she was moving directly to the vote. Cllr Hargreaves stayed in the room but did not participate in the vote.
After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Chris France, seconded by Councillor Paul Walmsley and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that outline planning permission be granted subject to conditions in the report and a Section 106 Agreement to secure a financial contribution towards the improvement of public open space.
Cllr Martin Boardman returned.

Planning Appeals and Decisions Received between 4 January 2019 and 31 January 2019 PDF 98 KB Minutes: The Director of Customer and Digital submitted a report which set out planning appeals and decisions received between 4 January and 31 January 2019.
Three planning appeals were lodged, three appeals were allowed including one with the application for the award of costs allowed, and one appeal was dismissed. One enforcement appeal had also been lodged.
