Decision – That the minutes of the Development Control Committee held on 21 May 2019 be approved as a correct record for signature by the Chair.

The Director (Customer and Digital) has submitted four items for planning applications to be determined (enclosed).

The Director of Customer and Digital submitted four items for consideration. In considering the applications, Members of the Development Control Committee took into account the agenda reports, the addendum and the verbal representations and submissions provided by officers and individuals.

Full planning permission granted, subject to conditions and a supplemental Section 106 Agreement.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Alistair Morwood, seconded by Councillor Chris France and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that full planning permission be granted, subject to conditions as amended in the addendum and a supplemental Section 106 Agreement.

Outline planning permission granted, subject to conditions.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Danny Gee, seconded by Councillor Chris France and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that outline planning permission be granted, subject to conditions in the report as amended in the addendum.

This item has been withdrawn from the agenda.

This item was withdrawn from the agenda to be considered at a future committee meeting.

This application was withdrawn from the agenda to allow the applicant to give further consideration to the scheme design to address comments from local residents. The application would be considered at a future committee meeting.

Advertisement consent granted, subject to conditions.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Chris France seconded by Councillor Danny Gee and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that advertisement consent be granted, subject to conditions in the report and addendum.

The Director of Customer and Digital submitted a report which set out planning appeals and decisions received between 15 April and 10 June 2019.

Five appeals had been lodged, and two appeals were dismissed.
