Agenda

Members are requested to indicate at this stage in the proceedings any items on the agenda in which they intend to declare an interest. Members are also reminded that if the interest is prejudicial they may make representations on the item but then must leave the meeting whilst the item is discussed.

The press and public may be excluded from the meeting during the consideration of the following item of business as it involves the discussion of information which is defined as exempt from publication under Paragraph 4 (Information relating to any consultations or negotiations, or contemplated consultations or negotiations, in connection with any labour relations matter arising between the authority or
a Minister of the Crown and employees of, or office holders under, the authority) of Part I of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972 and in which case the public interest in maintaining the exemption outweighs the public interest in disclosing it.
