The Director (Planning and Development) has submitted four items for planning applications to be determined (enclosed).

The Director of Planning and Development submitted four items for consideration. In considering the applications, Members of the Planning  Committee took into account the agenda reports, the addendum and the verbal representations and submissions provided by Officers and individuals.

Planning permission granted, subject to conditions.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Alex Hilton, and seconded by Councillor Gordon France and subsequently resolved unanimously that planning permission was granted subject to conditions.

Planning permission granted subject to conditions, for a temporary period until 10 January 2023.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Martin Boardman and seconded by Councillor Magda Cullens that the application was approved.

It was proposed by Councillor Alex Hilton and seconded by Councillor Alistair Morwood that the application was approved with an additional condition granting planning permission for a temporary period of 12 months.

Upon being put to the vote, it was resolved (5:5:1) with the Chair’s casting vote that the application was approved subject to conditions for a temporary period of 12 months, until 10 January 2023.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Peter Gabbott and seconded by Councillor Martin Boardman and Resolved (10:0:1) that planning permission was granted subject to conditions.  

The Order was confirmed with one modification.
