Councillor June Molyneaux (Chair) welcomed everyone to the meeting.  No apologies had been received.

Resolved: That the minutes of the previous meeting held on Tuesday, 21 May 2024 be approved as a correct record.

Members are reminded of their responsibility to declare any pecuniary interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda.

Following careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Chris Snow, seconded by Councillor Alistair Morwood, and subsequently resolved unanimously that reserved matters consent be granted subject to conditions with condition 2 to be amended as detailed in the addendum report.

Planning permission granted subject to conditions.

Following careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Alex Hilton, seconded by Councillor Jean Sherwood, and subsequently resolved unanimously that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

Listed building consent granted subject to conditions.

Following careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Alex Hilton, seconded by Councillor Jean Sherwood,  and subsequently resolved unanimously that listed building consent be granted subject to conditions.

That planning permission be granted subject to conditions with an additional condition is detailed in the addendum as follows:

No part of the development hereby approved shall be occupied until the approved scheme for the construction of the site access and the off-site works of highway improvement has been constructed and completed in accordance with the approved scheme details.

Reason In order that the traffic generated by the new development does not exacerbate unsatisfactory highway conditions in advance of the first occupancy.

Following careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Jean Sherwood, seconded by Councillor Craige Southern, and subsequently resolved unanimously that planning permission granted subject to conditions as detailed in the report and the addendum.
