24/00252/FUL - Land 50M North Of Sycamore House, Keepers Wood Way, Chorley Additional documents: Decision: Application deferred to allow for a site visit. Minutes: The Chair adjourned the meeting for a short period of time to allow members to consider the addendum.
Following the adjournment and during the debate, Councillor Wilkie advised that she had only skim read the addendum. The Legal Advisor sought clarification from Councillor Wilkie that she was comfortable making an informed decision having only skim read the papers and advised that there could be an additional adjournment to allow members more time to consider the addendum.
The opportunity for a further adjournment was declined.
