The Director of Customer and Digital submitted three items for consideration. In considering the applications, Members of the Planning Committee took into account the agenda reports, the addendum and the verbal representations and submissions provided by officers.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Aaron Beaver, seconded by Councillor Yvonne Hargreaves, and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that planning permission be granted, subject to conditions in the report.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Danny Gee, seconded by Councillor Alistair Morwood, and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) that reserved matters consent be granted, subject to conditions in the report as amended in the addendum. It was agreed that  an informative be attached to the decision notice referring back to the outline planning application and conditions attached to that decision.
