Resolved: That the minutes of the meeting Tuesday, 28 March 2023 of the Planning Committee be approved as a correct record.

The Head of Planning and Enforcement has submitted three planning applications to be determined (enclosed).

Plans to be considered will be displayed at the meeting or may be viewed in advance by following the links to the current planning applications on our website.

That planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Alistair Morwood and seconded by Councillor Alex Hilton and resolved unanimously that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Martin Boardman and seconded by Councillor Jean Sherwood and resolved unanimously that reserved matters consent be granted subject to conditions.

Application deferred to allow Members the opportunity to visit the site.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Danny Gee and seconded by Councillor Tommy Gray and resolved (9:1:2) that the application be deferred to allow Members the opportunity to visit the site.

Formal confirmation of the Order. 

It was proposed by Councillor Alan Whittaker, seconded by Councillor Jean Sherwood and resolved unanimously that the Tree Preservation Order be formally confirmed.
