The Director of Development and Planning submitted five items for consideration. In considering the applications, Members of the Planning Committee took into account the agenda reports, the addendum and the verbal representations and submissions provided by officers.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Martin Boardman, seconded by Councillor Alistair Morwood, and a decision was subsequently taken (7:6:0) that planning permission be granted, subject to conditions.

Members noted the report of the Director (Planning and Development) which set out planning appeals and decisions received between 31 December 2020 and 25 January 2021. 

 

Two enforcement appeal decisions were allowed.
