Decision: That the minutes of the Overview and Scrutiny Task Group – Developing the Council’s Green Agenda held on 9 January 2020 be approved as a correct record.

Declarations of any Interests

Members are reminded of their responsibility to declare any pecuniary interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda.

 

If you have a pecuniary interest you must withdraw from the meeting. Normally you should leave the room before the business starts to be discussed. You do, however, have the same right to speak as a member of the public and may remain in the room to enable you to exercise that right and then leave immediately. In either case you must not seek to improperly influence a decision on the matter.

Exclusion of the Public and Press

Minutes:

Decision – that the press and public be excluded for the remaining item of business due to the disclosure of exempt information under Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 12 A to the Local Government Act.

Draft Final Report

To receive and consider the draft Final Report.

Minutes:

Members considered the draft final report and made amendments to the recommendations.

 

It was anticipated that the final report would be considered by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee on 27 February, before going to Executive Cabinet for approval on 12 March 2020.

 

Decision: That the draft final report be noted and the proposed amendments be made to the recommendations.
