Resolved: That the minutes of the last meeting, held on 9 July 2024, be approved as a correct record.

The Head of Planning and Enforcement has submitted four applications to be determined (enclosed).

The Committee noted the address of the property was incorrect on the presentation, but correct in the report.

 

There was a short adjournment to confirm the hours for condition 4.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Alex Hilton, seconded by Councillor Craige Southern and subsequently resolved: (unanimously) the temporary permission be approved for one year for Section 73 application to vary condition 3 (rear elevation door) and remove condition 5 (use of rear yard) of planning permission ref: 08/00275/FUL (Variation of condition 4 of planning permission 06/01017/FUL to vary the opening hours to 10:00 - 16:00 Wednesday to Sunday) to allow the rear yard to be used as a customer seating area in conjunction with the café.  Conditions to be agreed by the Head of Planning and Enforcement in conjuction with the Chair and and Vice-Chair.
