1. The land at the rear of The Willows and the Cedars be declared surplus to requirements to enable a sale.
2. That authority be granted:
a) to approve terms provisionally agreed (outlined in the report) for the sale of the land to the adjoining owners at The Cedars properties; and
b) to issue instructions to the Head of Legal Democratic and HR Services for the service of legal notices (if required) and completion of the Legal agreements accordingly.
3. That if terms are subsequently agreed for the sale of land to the rear of properties at The Willows, such terms be reported to the Head of Business Development and Growth for approval and authority to issue instructions to the Head of Legal Democratic and HR Services for the service of legal notices (if required) and completion of the Legal agreements accordingly.
4. To approve the allocation of the capital receipt from the land sales for improvements to the amenity open space surrounding The Willows and Yarrow Valley Country Park, Eaves Green.
