1. To declare the land surplus to requirements to enable a sale and delegate the authority to the Director of Business Development and Growth to approve terms agreed for the release of the restrictive covenant on the land, and the subsequent sale to the resident of 6 Catley Close for private parking
2. To delegate authority to the Director of Business Development and Growth to issue instructions to the Head of Legal, Democratic and HR services as follows:
· To issue statutory notices.
· To complete Deed or Release with Redrow Homes (Lancashire) Limited.
· To complete the Legal Transfer of the land to the resident.
