Purpose:

1.         To approve the procurement approach of advertising tenders through the Chest e-tendering system using an open invitation to five contractors from Lancashire County Council’s (LCC) approved list plus LCC themselves.

2.         Tenders will be evaluated to establish the most economically advantageous tender based on 80% cost, 20% quality.

3.         The car park behind the former McDonald’s site becomes a short stay pay and display car park but also includes 10 spaces that are free for the first 30 minutes.
