Reason for Decision

The draft Social Value (SV) Policy sets out the Council’s rationale and approach to the delivery of SV through Procurement.  The SV Act states that SV requested in procurements must be relevant to the procurement.  The draft SV Policy provides the “golden thread” between the Council’s corporate strategy and procurements.
