Decision:

To approve the recommendation to award of contracts to the successful tenderers to undertake general building repairs, electrical works, gas/heating works and alarms system maintenance for both reactive and planned works in accordance with the process outlined in the procurement documentation.  Each independent contract to commence on 24th June 2019 for an initial one-year period, with an option to extend for a further two years to 24th June 2022.
