Full planning permission granted, subject to conditions.

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Chris France, seconded by Councillor Tom Gray, and subsequently RESOLVED (unanimously) – That planning permission be granted subject to conditions in the report as amended in the addendum and an additional condition requiring the applicant to submit  a revised scheme of parking for approval by the Council, the wording of which to be agreed by the Director of Customer and Digital in consultation with  the Chair and Vice Chair.
