Declarations of Any Interests Members are reminded of their responsibility to declare any personal interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda. If the interest arises only as result of your membership of another public body or one to which you have been appointed by the Council then you only need to declare it if you intend to speak.
If the personal interest is a prejudicial interest, you must withdraw from the meeting. Normally you should leave the room before the business starts to be discussed. Planning applications to be determined The Director of Partnerships, Planning and Policy has submitted nine report for planning applications to be determined (the reports for items 4a-4h are enclosed, the report for item 4i is to follow).
Please note that copies of the location and layout plans are in a separate pack (where applicable) that has come with your agenda. Plans to be considered will be displayed at the meeting or may be viewed in advance by following the links to the current planning applications on our website.
