AGREED – That the minutes of the meeting held on 14 September 2017 be approved as a correct version.

Declarations of Any Interests

Members are reminded of their responsibility to declare any pecuniary interest in respect of matters contained in this agenda.

You do, however, have the same right to speak as a member of the public and may remain in the room to enable you to exercise that right and then leave immediately. Members of the Task Group will receive a presentation and report from Pulse Regeneration, the Council’s appointed consultant for the Council’s leisure contract.

Minutes:

The Task Group received a presentation on the findings of the Council’s consultants, Pulse Regeneration.

Agree recommendations

Members of the Task Group will debate the proposed options for the Council’s leisure contract and agree the recommendations that will be put forward for consideration by the Executive Cabinet.

Minutes:

After careful consideration of the evidence which had been submitted in writing and verbally, and following a debate, members of the Task Group AGREED – That the final report which included the evidence presented and recommendations for the Executive Cabinet consideration, following approval by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
