Outline planning permission granted, subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement to secure £35,880 for public open space contributions and £49,506 for two additional secondary school places.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Alex Hilton, seconded by Councillor Karen Derbyshire, and resolved (11 for, 1 against, 0 abstentions) that outline planning permission be granted, subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement to secure £35,880 for public open space contributions and £49,506 for two additional secondary school places.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Karen Derbyshire, seconded by Councillor Gordon France, and resolved unanimously that planning permission be granted subject to conditions.

Advertisement consent granted, subject to conditions.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Craige Southern, seconded by Councillor Karen Derbyshire and resolved (11 for, 0 against and 1 abstention) that advertisement consent be granted, subject to conditions.

Planning permission granted, subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement to secure a financial contribution of £670.00 towards the provision of equipped play area for children/young people.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Sarah Ainsworth, seconded by Councillor Gordon France, and resolved unanimously that planning permission be granted, subject to conditions and a Section 106 legal agreement to secure a financial contribution of £670.00 towards the provision of equipped play area for children/young people.

Public Path Diversion order approved.

After careful consideration, it was proposed by Councillor Alistair Morwood, seconded by Councillor Craige Southern, and resolved unanimously that the Public Path Diversion order be approved.
