1. That the terms provisionally agreed for the disposal of the land to Network Rail shown coloured pink on the attached plan comprising approximately 100 square metres on the terms agreed be approved;
2. That authority is granted to the Head of Legal Democratic & HR Services to enter into the legal documentation for the transfer of land to Network Rail with Network Rail paying the Council’s costs.
