1. To approval the creation of additional temporary parking provision on the Flat Iron car park in support of delivering the Market Walk Extension scheme.
2. To approve the expenditure of £135.2k for the delivery of the above works package as detailed in Appendix A.
3. To approve that Portland Street car park is re-designated as a long stay car park with appropriate regulation/tariff changes with associated costs.
