1. To agree that the agreement for lease can be amended to enable the lease between Chorley Borough Council and Glendale Managed Services Limited to be completed by and in the name of Glendale Golf Limited.
2. To agree to the grant of a licence to sublet the lease by Glendale Golf Limited to Lex Leisure.
