1. To approve additional expenditure, ahead of full contract award, on the advance orders for initial works packages up to the 17th December as set out in Appendix A as part of the Market Walk Extension scheme.
2. To delegate authority to the Director for Business Development & Growth to authorise any subsequent variations, arising during the works, which can be contained within the remaining scheme budget (£16,364,643) approved in the January report
