1. That approval be granted to submit a draft bid in the FHSF process.
2. That the Executive Member notes that the commitment of any Council funding will be subject to a separate Council decision and receipt of planning approval.
3. That the Executive Member notes the concept design and that the final bid submission may be subject to change based on feedback from the Ministry of Housing, Communities & Local Government (MHCLG).
