1. That approval be granted to submit a final bid (Appendix 1) in the FHSF process.
2. That the Executive Member notes that the commitment of any Council funding will be subject to a separate Council decision and receipt of planning approval.
3. That approval be given to engage with stakeholders, such as the Town Team, over the scheme (Appendix 2) presented within the submission.
4. That approval be given to commence planning approval for the outline scheme being proposed in the submission. The costs of this submission are contained within the FHSF revenue budget already awarded for business case development.
