1. That the acquisition of the leasehold interest in the property Units 1-2 Ackhurst Road, Common Bank Industrial Estate on the terms outlined in the report be approved.
2. The grant of a 10-year Lease be approved on the terms outlined below.

4. That this decision be subject to a separate report seeking approval from Council for a new capital budget.
