The tenant issued proceedings and the Council has already confirmed in the Acknowledgement of Service that the grant of a new tenancy was not opposed, only on the proposed terms therefore the matter is now in the Court’s hands and if we do not reach agreement on terms the Court will make an Order on its own accord.
