Decisions made

1.    That the structure proposed within the report presented to Full Council on 26 February be approved pursuant to the delegated authority granted at that meeting.

2.    That the ERVS request be approved.

To approve the continuation of funding of £65,731 for the Chorley Council subsidised bus contracts for a 12-month period from 1^st September 2019 – 31^st August 2020.

To approve appointment of Duncan Ross Land Drainage to deliver the proposed works at Kem Mill Lane Playing Fields.

To approve the additional budget allocation and instruction of a contract variation to substitute a recycled tarmac road planings surface for a reinforced grass system surface

1.         That four Social Prescribing posts are created, funded by the council and local Primary Care Networks

2.         That the Director (Early Intervention and Support) agree the final arrangements for the service based upon the principles in this report.

To authorise the Head of Legal Democratic and HR Services to prepare and complete an Agreement for Lease and Lease based on the agreed terms, and that the Director of Business, Development and Growth have delegated authority to agree any minor changes to these Heads of Terms (with such delegation exercised in consultation with the Executive Member for Resources).

After careful consideration it was proposed by Councillor Alistair Morwood, seconded by Councillor Martin Boardman and a decision was subsequently taken (unanimously) - That the Committee support the recommendation to Full Council, the proposal to change the name of the Committee to Planning Committee.
