Capital Programme and Revenue Budget for 2008/09 - Outturn

That the Council be recommended:

to note the provisional outturn for the 2007/08 Capital Programme, which totals £6,473,979;
to approve the financing of the 2007/08 Capital Programme as set out in Appendix 1 of the submitted report;
to approve the addition of the net slippage of capital expenditure from the 2007/08 Capital Programme to the 2008/09 Programme;
to approve the revised Capital Programme for 2008/09 totalling £10,034,550, as set out in Appendix 3 of the submitted report.
