1. To agree in principle to share the Bengal Street Depot site and to pursue negotiations and to enter into appropriate legal agreements with Recycling Lives to lease the agreed areas of the site.
2. That the Executive Member for Resources, Policy and Performance receive delegated authority to approve appropriate terms for the letting of part of the Bengal Street Depot and Offices which should be in line with the figures in the report.
