1.         To recommend Council approve slippage requests outlined in Appendix 2 of the report to finance expenditure on specific items or projects in 2013/14.

2.         To recommend Council to transfer a sum of £100,000 from general balances to a specific reserve to fund buildings maintenance and improvement works.
